Women deserve a place to feel seen, supported, and understood
About the Founder
Holding a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology alongside a bachelor’s in Human Development, my career spans inpatient, crisis, and outpatient care. These diverse experiences have deeply shaped my grounded, trauma-informed approach, instilling a strong commitment to cultivating a space where women feel truly seen, supported, and understood. Her Haven Counseling is a women-centered practice welcoming all who identify as women, honoring the diversity of identities, experiences, backgrounds, and journeys that make each woman unique.
At the core of my practice is a simple belief: meaningful healing thrives on genuine connection. While community has always been vital to human well-being, today’s women are often expected to be entirely self-sufficient while juggling endless demands. Her Haven Counseling was built on the foundation that care should feel personal, safe, and authentic—never something you have to figure out alone. I am dedicated to helping you build meaningful connections as you navigate life’s hurdles, deepen your relationships, and reconnect with your true self.
My integrative, relational, and humanistic framework allows me to tailor therapy to your unique story, strengths, and goals. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you gain clarity, process challenges, and move toward a life of greater authenticity and fulfillment.
Beyond the therapy room, I love spending quality time with my husband, River, and our two dogs, Kirby and Blu. You can also find me playing volleyball or traveling—whether that means discovering a new culture or simply making memories with loved ones.
